The Health Foundation has funded a group of organisations practicing across Kingston and Richmond upon Thames to explore opportunities for delivery of care in the community through digital technology.

Your Healthcare has facilitated multiple group sessions to better understand the priorities and opportunities. These sessions revealed that it needs to focus on:

  1. Adults over 65 years old with a long-term health condition
  2. Unpaid carers and paid care workers supporting adults over 65 years old with a long-term health condition

These sessions aim to identify the priorities of these groups, where care in the community may benefit from digital technology.

The session will consist of free lunch, followed by a group meeting (up to 15 people), where the group will talk about their experiences and challenges when using of digital technology. After taking part, participants will be offered a £30 voucher for their time.
